April 8 2024, 8.25PM is my day of trip to Manali from Delhi I booked ticket from Red bus app on KST travels but the issue is the bus didn’t show up till 10.40PM. I didnt get driver’s number or any other contact number related to the bus I only got customer care number which is in the ticket. I called several times they said wait for 10 mins. But the bus didn’t show up. I mailed KST travels with Redbus support mail in CC. There is no reply mail yet.
