I had booked Neugo bus ticket with pnr 1658391on 08.06.2023 from Dehradun to Delhi via makeMyTrip. My pickup time was 5 pm but they called me and told bus got delayed by 30 min. After 5:30 pm they called and told bus will come at 6:00 pm when I called at 6:00 pm they told bus will come after 6:00 pm and finaly it came on 7:05 PM
If they are not punctual to time then why they are showing pickup time while booking
Our time is precious that’s why we are choosing our pickup time
