I have booked a ticket on paytm order id-6766699595.
Bus was cancelled by the operator and i have received a message for the same. However paytm is not providing any information regarding my booking nor providing me refund.
I have called their customer support several number of times but they are not providing any solution. Just telling it will be resolved in next 72 hrs or 48 hrs.
