On 29 December 2023 I booked a ticket from Nashik to hyderabad of dated 30 December boarding from Nashik, dropping on 31 December at hyderabad via morning star travels via redBus through phone pe, on 30 I got a call that ur bus has been cancelled , u will receive ur refunds soon but today till 2/01/2024 I haven’t received any refund redBus operators are saying that we don’t have any information. Means my money has been eaten by by both the operators combinedely.
