Text of Complaint by Nupur Goyal:

Broken panel of bed was delivered by Wakefit Company on Thursday Oct 26th. The team promised a quick fix within a day but as on October 3rd, NO FIX has been done by Wakefit Company. When we reached to customer care for cancellation, they are denying refunds or cancellation. When we ask for a date of fix, the company is not giving a fix date of resolution. My money is stuck with the company, their broken product is occupying space in my home and there is no sign of resolution.. Need help on this issue. Very unprofessional behaviour from Wakefit Company.
