I was called by Airtel on 20th October offering to reconnect the internet broadband connection at a reasonable cost of Rs.470 with 8MBps speed 60 GB +( 200 GB internet for months).However, I observe that the internet speed is not more 4MBPs.
I was promised that this speed will be increased to 8MBPs the moment the account is activated by Ms.Ramya (044-2072 2408).  On activation I have been calling her to fulfill the speed request, she has not been responding to my call.She responded this morning when I called from a different number and promised to  increase the speed within half an hour.  it is more than 6 hours now, the speed has not been increased and she has not been picking my calls.  I  also observed that she disconnected my call without picking up the phone.May I request Airtel:- not to make false promises- to show the eagerness in customer service which is shown in acquiring customers- learn not to avoid customer calls.
If the speed is not increased as promised, I request you to disconnect the connection, as there are other providers who offer better speed more GB and certainly better service than Airtel.
