I am writing after 4 months of torture.
Airtel Broadband connection – I paid advance rental until May 2020, when I learnt that there was a cheaper plan with the same facilities. I asked Airtel to revert as to why they did not update me on this.
Then finally in July 2020, somebody called after Resolver took up the issue. The gentleman assured me that the bill once generated on 6th Aug will be reversed. All I would need to do is write an email to [email protected]… and everything will be resolved
Today another smart person writes to me stating that I will have to pay the bill
Thanks to Airtel’s goof up, ny credit score has plunged. Oh and importantly, since 6th July 2020 I dont even use their services. So, what do I pay for
They have put the subscription in safe custody and I have been repeatedly writing to them to cancel, but they dont
I am really tired and angry. Have lost my credit score and obviously unhappy about it
Please get Airtel to compensate for all these troubles I faced for no fault of mine! How do they compensate people who are tortured by their inability to understand?
