Text of Complaint by Shefali Singhal:

Hi, I ordered Airtel Xtream fibre and the executive ( Piyush Goyal) took 1768Rs on 9 May 2021 from me, next day engineer said in your area no service is available. They said within 7-8 days I will get my cash back. Till now I am waiting.  No customer care is helping anything. Are airtel services so poor?
