Text of Complaint by Angel:

I have order broad brand connection and the airtel broadband executive said that we cannot able to give connection at your location and I have cancelled the order, I called customer care they said the amount will be refunded within 7 working days but till now the amount is not let refunded and I could not able to connect the customer care number, any one is not responding to the call and mail. I said that executive before payment frist you give me the connection then I will pay the payment,but he said that frist pay the payment then only you will get the connection.kindly do the needful.
