Respected sir, madam

I have purchased an prestige cooktop on 12 sept2020 from Amazon and is not working and is under warranty period,I have been told to contact prestige but they are not interested as the product is not purchased from the local dealer who deals with the repairs and also after writing a number of mails to them ,they are not responding,

After that again contacting to Amazon customer service escalation team they are again asking to contact prestige dealer and he is not responding and i.m stuck between with no solution,

Hence I request you to help sort out this issue which is unsolved by both Amazon and prestige.
