Text of Complaint by Ranjith:

I’m staying tirunelveli. I’m a prepaid aitel user. I have problem with no internet speed in my home not even a 50kb/s speed for months.This is probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been making complaints for network speed for probably 1 month ,till now you never cleared my problem. I have called your customer service for more than 15 times in this month till now you are taking my complaints and few days later a normal message comes with a text that the problem has been resolved but nothing has been resolved. I have the same internet problem for this one month. Your customer care has taken my complaint 3 times and they are not resolving it till now. Will you guys do it or not. I’m saying this again that this is probably worst customer services in the world. I need my complaint resolved as soon as possible.
