I have made a request for repair of fault of my broadband/internet connection No.011102179652_dsl on 15/08/2021.A repair request no. 135621492 was given to me and I was informed that the fault of my broadband will be repaired on 16/08/2021 and mr.Yogender will visit you between 11.30am and 12.30pm.your franchise agent send Mr.Yogender,who after looking the fault at 11.30, said me that he is coming back within a few minutes to repair the fault. But he did not returned back. At about 2.30 p.m ,mr.yogender called me on my mobile phone and that as his duty time has finished,so I should convey a message on Mob. No. 9650096500 as “Limit Space vise”.I followed him as I was in a great trouble without an active broadband connection. A return message was received by me from this mobile number as “we are unable to accept your request”. After it ,I have contacted Mr.Yogender
repeatedly and requested him to repair the fault of my broadband as I am a senior citizen,but every time,he made one or other excuse.your fault repair agency/ franchise agent is knowingly creating an intolerable harassment for me. My internet/broadband connection is not repaired till now.I request you to look into the matter personally to save the reputation of your esteemed company.
