I have created a request for broadband connection issue on 09 June 2022 11:22 AM and the received message as below.

Hi, your request no 10048841673 has been assigned to engineer Harish Goud. He will be visiting your premises between (10 June 2022 11:30:00 AM – 10 June 2022 12:30:00 PM). I have waited till 10 June 2022 evening 5PM and called the customer care and was informed will resolve by 3:30 PM and I was really frustrated and asked them to check the clock once.

I have informed them that I didn’t get any call from service team and asked for SLA to get the request to be resolved.

They asked me to wait for 24 hours more. This is the same response I have been hearing from customer support from past 3 days.

Yesterday i.e., 12th June 2022 I called customer care and asked to escalate the issue and I received call back from escalation team and was promised by 12th June 2022 7 PM IST issue will be resolved.

Trusting reputation organization like Airtel, i waited for till mentioned time and no luck.

Today morning, again I called customer care @ 9:20 AM Ist and they have mentioned they will look into this on priority and requested to wait for 4 working hours and yet turned out to be another false promise.

Tried to reach customer care on the update on the issue and they were not sure on what is the issue ,when will the issue gets resolved, and the same cock and bull story….wait for 24 hours..your issue will be resolved.

During current work from home scenarios, we will be expecting the issue to be resolved in 24 hours from most reputed organization like Airtel and in the worst scenario 48 hours

It’s being more than 4 days didn’t get the issue resolved and not sure whether it is being taking care of not,no one knows SLA to get the issue resolved,No Turn around to the customer, making false promises to the user again and again.

Highly dissatisfied with customer service from Airtel, we are paying high amount compared to other service providers just because we expect good service from Airtel. Been years , service from Airtel is getting low and now to the worst .
