I had installed broadband on 22nd June 2020. It was working smoothly till 1st wk of July. Since then I was having problem in browsing till now. Repeatedly called to customer care, called the installation guy also. He came and reboot the system after which now I’m unable to use my broadband and phone also. Since last 3 days nobody came to check and solve the problem. as a middle class man and during lockdown I’m doing work from home. Because of no network im not able to work since last 3 days. Who will be responsible for this?
