Good morning, honourable judges and respected responsible authority,
I beg to say you that myself jitender Singh kathayat s/o shree hukum singh kathayat living in the current residence ie vijay Nagar sec b nilmatha cantt Lucknow, let me introduce little more so you can better understand the current circumstances,After persuaded intermediate I have one option either I can complete my graduation or I join merchant Navy so, I decided to join the merchant Navy in 2006 onwards,in 2015, I got NTR from my previous company ie costa cruises,after I decided to work on land, because I don’t have much experience in land, so I struggled to find job, from 2016 I applied for Canada, from Chandigarh,but they only take money from me but not given job,then I decided to work in india,I went in almost every states in india, because I don’t have much experience in land so either companies rejected me or they are giving very little amount as a salary,then I filled a online canada visa but unfortunately I got 64% but they need 67%,one day my uncle told me why you are not working in security guard,he said it is better for you that you earn some thing,so I grab that opportunity I joined security guard on 9th Oct 2019,in Marcos security, because of Hard work and determination I got promoted as security supervisor in 12 days, I set a example for others,but few people sitting in power, didn’t like my straight forward attitude while working,the reason is I always stand with truth and honesty,they wanted to make my life as hell, what the British government didn’t treated the Indian people,they try to treated me like a slave,I didn’t do anything wrong in my life,then,they started spreading rumours,they started putting elegation,like robbery,and they also want to destroy my whole career by defaming my character,they also tried to make a fake murder case against me,that is one of the reason why I didn’t get the Canadian visa,after security guard,I worked as a manager and cashier in gharelu bazaar,and then worked with bajaj,due to false commitment made by bajaj capital,I decided to give resignation,then again I decided to work in merchant Navy,so I renewed my courses from Mumbai,but untill now,I didn’t get any job,the reason for not giving job is they are giving is the gap and interval what I have,then this year I got a mail from McConnell Dowell construction newzealand,I take a blessing of god , thinking that God heard my cry,in the agreement between me and employer,it was clearly mentioned that I have to pay for visa fees and pta ie personal travelling allowance, because I am facing financial emergencies so, it is hard for me to manage this amount,the amount was
26700 for visa and 75000 for pta, because I need job immediately so, my mother beg in front of neighbours and relatives for amount,some how we manage the amount,then their demands occurs,inspite of agreement,they asked money again and again.
What I wrote to general consulate I am mentioning you below –
Good afternoon sir, I beg to say you that I can’t able to afford any more amount, because I need a job that’s the reason why I paid six times, I requested you sir, please reimburse amount as soon as possible because we are financial emergencies,if I do not get job this month then it is very difficult to pay my children fees, because my father take loan now he is giving installment because my father pension is only the mode of our survival, all the details are as follows-
1. 16/05/2022 – visa file activation fee. Amount – 26700
2. 21/05/2022 – PTA INSUANCE FEE.
AMOUNT – 75850
3. 27/05/2022 -Account opening issuance fees.amount – 120450
4. 01/06/2022 – 75850 , consulate fees.
Amount – 75850
5. 13/06/2022 – no objection certificate. Amount – 102600
6. 17/06/2022 – validation fees,after they asked for highly skilled workers certificate fees, I similar like before,they always said that this is the last amount you need to pay,after I told them please reimburse my amount,so they again asked me more money,they told me if you want money then you have to send transaction charges ie worth 3500$.then you received 60100$ as a compationate amount because of your time delay,I told them just send me my principal amount what I paid you and also gives them the warning that if you will not return my money then I will register the complain,they said as you wish, I have all evidence,if you asked me any further details I feel happy to give you.
Now people are coming to my house for asking about their money,if anything happened to my family members then,it is said to be that this happened because not getting justice,I already send you mail earlier too, I request you to take legal action against McConelll Dowell construction and reimburse my amount as soon as possible,I hope that you will solve this problem by providing my money in my account and provide me a job.sending you the official reciept and all other information in attachment, if you want any further evidence feel free to asked me,thanks for your understanding.
