I had ordered two jeans form the website www.brandvilla.in and had paid the amount online through my credit-card. After i got my clothes through courier i was surprised to see two kids size jeans packed in rags sent to me. I tried calling and emailing the website and also filed a Written complaint on their website portal. but there was no response. no one is even replying to msg son their whatsapp number registered (9303581330) on their website. no one is there at their registered office address in Bangalore. (address: Municipal Number 805, 27th Main Rd, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102) www.brandvilla.in www.brandvilla.co support@branvilla.in support@branvilla.co .. I have tried to contact them in every way possible. Please help … i have seen that others have also filed similar complaint against them. u can also check their facebook and instagram page where others have put their complaints including myself.
