Text of Complaint by Ranjan Nath Bhowmik:

brandstry.com online shopping website.
Ordered item (Order #BST29954  dated 09 Feb 2019) was smart watch with circular dial as indicated in the picture below.
The item was delivered on 13 Feb. 2019. After opening the case it was found that the item was smart watch with square dial against the order of circular dial and inferior quality. Sent e-mail to hello@brandstry.com asking for replacement of item with the same as per order. No response to e-mail received till date. Brandstry cannot be contacted as no customer care contact number exist. This seems to be fraud.
