I have ordered a ray ban sunglass in Amazon app on 12.6.2023 & received the package on 18th june. But when I opened it there was just a empty rayban box . No sunglass was there.. product was missing. I complained in customer care of Amazon. Then took several days in the name of resolving the issue.. I called repeatedly to solve that problem but they informed today that they found product is delivered & they couldn’t do anything & can’t provide me refund.
After informing repeatedly that I didn’t found the sunglass in the box.. they r not bothered to hear it & told me they couldn’t send me the product or refund.
