Bought movie pass from Paytm due to misunderstanding

Text of Complaint by Harsh Vardhan Sharma:

I had to go to see movie with my family of 4 last Sunday. I was browsing through Paytm and suddenly came across a movie pass showing heading as Movie Pass 4 for 1. I thought that we all 4 can see movie with one Pass and bought the same at 700 Rs.

Immediately after buying movie pass, I tried to book movie through Paytm only ( Sui-Dhaga) at Rajmandir and Jaipur and found that this pass was for Movie Enthusiasts and at a time only one pass may be redeemed.

So I asked Paytm to cancel the pass and credit my money so that I can buy tickets through Paytm only.

But then they told me that it cannot be cancelled and refund is not possible.

It happened as they have written heading for the pass in such a way as to create confusion. otherwise I am regular user of Paytm and never found such issues.

Request Paytm to look in to such customer seriously who by mistake bought the deals and if asking to cancel immediately after buying such requests are genuine.

Also they should clearly mention on the deal advertisement itself that non-cancelable deal and ask customer before buying through dialog box mentioning that this deal will not be canceled.

I hope I made it clear that I bought this pass by mistake and now asking Paytm to credit my money for future use through Paytm only.
