Text of Complaint by Manoj Saini:

I bought one HP laptop from Paytm Mall. When I bought it, Paytm site was having option to return or replacement with in 10 days if product is found defective or damage after delivery.

After reviewing product I found some issues with same, so I reported a complaint and requested to replacement of product. Paytm confirm me that new replacement product is under process and will reach with in 2-3 days. After completion of replacement time Paytm start massaging me that please arrange HO service centre job sheet to confirm that product is defective. It’s a new produ and with j. 2-3 days I start facing issues with it, I requested to arrange refund Instead of replacement now( after 10 days ). Now Paytm is not accepting the return of product and not arranging me replacement or refund of that faulty product. Also they start calling over phone to stating that they will not return the money, do what else can you do.

 

Such fraud company had cheated me by giving faulty product and now they are not ready to arrange solution for it.
