Text of Complaint by Pankaj Jadhav:

I booked a homestay for 3 days from Agoda website and I received the confirmation about the same immediately on 2nd July 2022.
When we arrived at the property Treebo Trip Allaranda Homestay, our booking wasn’t reflected at property manager’s system.
When we called the customer care, they talked with different property booking platforms and arranged room for us. All this took more than 2 hrs to clear the discrepancies.
We didn’t get the booked rooms and at the time of booking payable amount shown was around 7000 INR and we made advance payment accordingly.
Today at the time of check-out payable amount shown is around 10,000 INR and it is for different degraded rooms that we got as per availability.
