Booking in the amount ~6000 done thru cleartrip. But hotel didnt receive any info from cleartrip. Hotel didnt accomadate me. When i tried cancelling (in front of hotel employees) it showed refund is 1500. All of us got shocked (incl hotel staff). pls intervene and assist in getting full refund.
