I have booked hotel Virasat Palace, Masani, Mathura through Agoda and paid the amount for 7 April 2023, and I have received the booking confirmation also, when I reached the hotel with my family for stay, they said that the hotel has been fully occupied and we cannot provide you the room.
Also they behaved very rudely and asked us to leave and when I asked for refund, they said contact your booking partner.
I and my family travelled 400 km to listen and experience this ?
