I booked a room in Super Oyo Collection O 22693 Tashi Norling at Tibet Road, Arithang, Gangtok for my relative, Vinay Kumar from June 6, 2023 to June 9, 2023 through Agoda under booking ID 960688709 by paying Rs. 5595 . Reservation voucher uploaded. But the said property outrightly refused any such booking saying nothing received from Agoda. They provided accommodation otherwise by charging their usual tariff. This action of Agoda has put my relative along with his family in great trouble, tension. Agoda has to refund my booking amount Rs. 5595 alongwith Rs 5000 for this breach of cotract.
