I booked a room through AGODA in hotel GEN XSundram at Haldwani from23.02.2021 to 26.02.2021 and payment was credited through HDFC Bank CREDIT CARD TO Retail domestic PT Mumbaion 16.02.2021.As the paymnet has been credited to the Retail domestic PT Mumbai but no confirmation has been received about the hotel booking.I checked with the hotel also but there is no confirmation mail from AGODA regarding the booking.Pl confirm the booking on priority
