Text of Complaint by RITHIKA RAJ:

I booked Ashoka Ft resort Varkala on 3rd Nov & 4th Nov through Agoda. I booked premium room paying 6k as shown in Agoda. But when reached resort they gave me standard room saying in their booking agoda shows its standard non AC room but for me it showed premium AC room.
Contacted agoda several times and they said i will get upgrad
But neither I got update nor any compensation
For two days.
