I have booked a bus from srikakulam to chennai in redbus on 21-01-2023 the operator called and said that bus got cancelled but redbus didn’t cancelled the bus. The redbus support is telling that they will confirm and reach back since 10 days im getting the same response but they are not providing the refund.For the same bus my friend booked a ticket from redbus but he got refund.
