Dear Sir, I am writing you this email regarding the wrong product you sent me through DELHIVERY COURIER COMPANY and for return it mentioned BAAZEE.NET. So initially I hesitated in receiving the parcel however when I matched order ID 192936 which I received earlier from infrill.com hence I paid the amount of Rs. 2895/= in cash against the order. Later on when I opened the parcel though I found a non working smartwatch which was completely against the features of the watch in question i.e. kospet IP68 Waterproof. This created a doubt in my mind and I took no time in packing the same for return and refund purpose. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i will be forced to take necessary legal action against your company. Regards
