Text of Complaint by Pravardh Gupta:

To whomsoever it may concern,

I received a defective boat bluetooth neck band on 20th May, which needed to be returned. Since I wasn’t able to login in to my account, I called their customer service and wrote many emails to help desk but haven’t got any prompt  response. Then I wrote on their Facebook page about my dilemma, they helped me to login on 5th June. but till then return window was closed. Now they again not responding.
