Dear sir,
I ordered a Boat Avaante120W soundbar on 3rd May, 2021 during sale from Flipkart. Order ID is OD121689252711574000. Estimated delivery date mentioned as 5th May, 2021. Item was packed & shipped on 3rd May and reached at nearest hub on 5th May at 5.41 AM. I was in continues touch with flipkart customer care since 5th May, but still item not delivered to me.
I have been receiving continuos calls and emails from Flipkart for cancelling order mentioning that logistics team is not able to deliver the product due to covid guidelines/pandemic problem and asking to place a new order. Reason for not delivery of product is not valid as I am getting other orders delivered on my address. Also the product is in my nearest hub since 5 May.
First of all I want to mention that now lockdown on my pincode is opened. And while checking on Flipkart app/website the same product from same seller is showing for delivery within 7-8 days timeline. If same seller delivering the same product on same address with new order than why can’t they are delivering the already placed order? Instead my ticket is showing closed just mentioning to cancal the order and place a fresh one.
My second point is that when I placed order on 3 May during the sale the product was on huge discount so i ordered it, now product prices increases twice the ordered price.
If I cancel the order (as flipkart team is asking to) and place a fresh order then who is going to pay the difference amount? And who will compensate me for so much trouble I faced during waiting for getting delivery of product? And also for the amount which I already paid while placing the order.
I was also told by flipkart executive on 10 may that if i wait for four days till 13 May to get product delivery then Flipkart will provide INR 500 gift voucher. Incident ID is IN21050911280864892171. I have voice recording proof for the same.
