Respected sir
Greetings!

I have a complaint about Bluechip game that I deposited ₹4000 to my Bluechip account initially and after loosing some games I did withdrawal of my remaining balance which was ₹3599 on 20 December 2023 but I didn’t receive the amount to my bank account. They gave me a UTR number to get confirmation from my bank so I approached my bank and gave them the details that it got returned back to their sender due to some technical issue. But it’s been more than 2 weeks and they are not giving me my money back to either bluechip account or my bank account. I contacted their customer chat support almost 20+ times till now but they are not replying properly. They are just wasting my time, I think they are doing fraud with me. Please look into this matter.
