Sir my name is ujjawal malik and my account is blocked on 14th of october 2023. I dont know why it happened to me because i did not done anything wrong. And i have done more than 1 lakh rupees shopping from my account. I have recently purchased 2 mobiles and 1 led tv 32 inch. And now i am unable to fetch details. Also i had forgot my email id. Sir i ordered a led tv by iffalcon on 11th october it was a prepaid order. Now i dont know will it deliver or not. When i contact customer support they give me the resolution date every time when i call them they did not provide any resolution. Plz sir kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. Plz review and do the needful. Plz understand my situation. And unblock my account. If cannot unblock then plz cancel my order and send me the invoice bill of delivered mobile phones.
