We would like to inform you that the rider did not call us and rather called the place where the cake was to be delivered. They did not know about it as it was a surprise gift for them.
Instead of calling us, why did the rider call them? We never cancelled the order then why should we bear the loss. And on top of it, according to you when the order was cancelled, why was it picked up from the bakery and after talking to the rider that we have not cancelled it he took the product with him.
Why should we bear the charges?
It is clearly the fault on your /riders side and we expect a refund for the money spent on this order. Kindly look into it .
