Hello,

I’ve joined Vodafone on 12/01/2019 from Airtel. I’ve transferred all details from Vodafone south x new delhi store. One of your agent (Neha) has linked my number with any other third party person family plan(unknown family) due this major fault my service has been restricted and got huge amount bill. After called to customer there is lot of issue I’ve faced. First customer care agent don’t have manner how to talk and supervisor as well. So after long decisions they have unbarred my restriction but they have not removed third party bill amount from my account and not remove the address as well so I’m so frustrated with this as I’m new customer of Vodafone. Such a ridiculous thing going on Vodafone. So I’ll never recommend anyone’s to join your network. My number is 9990076206. So I’ve faced this issue due to your agent NEHA. The issue hasn’t resolved yet. So this is the only option I’ve to resolve this one.
