HI Team,

I am Prateek Gupta. I am using Vodafone services from last 12 years. I have been charged wrongly on my current bill . I have been charged 3000 Rs. unnecessarily.

I called customer complaint no. 198 multiple times & was mis guided by your team members Indu ,Ashwini & by giving excuse of system not working & putting the call on hold & than disconnected the call without providing solution.

I am really disappointed with the kind of service that you people have provided. I have decided to dis continue my services with Vodafone now.
