I have received an email from VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE THAT PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE OF RS. 595/- & RS. 222/- BY COMPANY CHEQUE – HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE – AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ON PHONE THAT I DON’T HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT
AGAIN I AM RAISING THE SAME QUESTION : 1) WHO HAS MADE THIS PAYMENT (MAIL ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE)
2) WHY I HAVE BEEN TOLD NOT TO MAKE PAYMENT
3) I WOULD REQUIRE THE CLEAR UNDERSTANDING ON BILL PAYMENT & SHARE THE ENTIRE BILLS FROM WHICH MONTH THIS HAS NOT BEEN PAID WITH DETAILS CLARITY
