I was offered Rs.249 rental pack in the month of November’18 by Vodafone executive and I agreed to shift on the same pack. I was told by Vodafone customer executive that the plan will get activated within 24hours and that I need not bother about the same. However, to my surprise, I was billed for Rs. 499 rental. I again reached out to Vodafone and was again misled by the executive saying the plan will get activated within 24hours, but again it did not reflect in the next billing cycle. I don’t understand what kind of service is this! I have not been using Vodafone frequently since last year, hence opted for the lowest rental plan.
Due to such misbehavior, I also opted for porting out of Vodafone, for which the executives, in the month of February, woke up and came to me asking the reason for port out! Seriously does the trust, integrity, sincerity and punctuality exist in the system?
Even after above-failed attempts, I reached out to Vodafone executives multiple times but all the efforts went in vain. Sometimes the executives even randomly hung up the call not bothering to listen to my issue, is this the service one provides to its loyal customers?
I even raised a complaint regarding the same for which I did not get any concrete resolution and the ticket was closed without my permission.
Now the executive team who then(Nov’18, Dec’18, Jan’18) agreed to change my rental to Rs.249 plan, say that the request is not reflecting in the Vodafone system, I eagerly want to know who is at fault?
Can I, a loyal customer, go and peep into Vodafone’s system and rectify the executives’ mistakes? Why should I bear the unnecessary burden of Rs. 499 rental (I don’t even use it) when I changed my rental to Rs. 249 in the month of Nov’18 ?
WHY SHOULD I BEAR THIS COST FOR SOMEONE ELSE’s MISTAKE? I request you to ask Vodafone India bill me on the reduced rental, as I don’t intend to pay for their mistake. Request Vodafone to stop fooling customers and also take things casually. Also, it will be great if the executives become serious with their jobs and not play with the customers’ expectations.
