I am Dr. Arjuna Adithya, bearing Vodafone Karnataka mobile number : 9535555000. I was on Vodafone RedX plan for 4 months. And I got a message on 11-5-2020 saying that my plan has been changed to red basic 299 for which I have not opted for. And additional to that I was charged an exit fee of Rs 3000/- by Vodafone. I would like you to know that I haven’t opted out for REDX plan whatsoever and whatever has happened is clear and open cheating done by Vodafone to shell out money in name of exit fee.
All I want now is a refund of Rs 3000 because I haven’t opted out of RedX plan.
