Hi ,

My number is 9886064170. I’ve had this number for at least 10 years if not more. But I’ve had problems with Vodafone for the last year because of the Relationship manager Vodafone has provided to me namely Mr.Shourya Kadle , Bangalore.

He has made umpteen number of complications with regard to my my GST , MY  BILL PLAN AND NOW MY IR.

He has been making decisions on his own with regard to my number and expects me to pay for me. Coming back to this complaint in particular, I only asked him to activate my IR, instead he decided to put me on a IR pack for 2,500 INR which I never asked for, nor did he confirm this with me. I only got to know when I got my July Bill that there was an additional charge on IR PACK. After stating this to him, he sent me an email with discounted bill amount and told me to pay just the remainder. He is leaving his position now and has not resolved my bill , like all the other issues he did not resolve earlier which I had to pay for .

I am tired of dealing with complications and charity money toward Vodafone that I never agreed upon in the first place.

I have also called customer care and Vodafone was supposed to call me back the next day.

If they check my customer history, you will also see emails regarding the GSTIN issue.

I cannot keep wasting my time and money because of someone else’s incompetency and Vodafone just does not respond nor take responsibility for this. THEY EMPLOYED HIM TO HANDLE MY AFFAIRS WITH VODAFONE. I DID NOT ASK FOR IT.
