Text of Complaint by Anubha:

I had received a call from Vodafone regarding my bill, in which I told the customer care executive that I didn’t receive any prior notice about my bill being late so she said that she will remove the extra late fee charge. It’s been 3 days, I haven’t recived ny updated bill. I want to get 50 rupees subtracted from my bill now. My number is: 9711034375
