This compliant is regarding my June’s bill which has been created for 1385.92.
I have called vodafone on 05th June 2021 to change my plan from 149 to 499 as it was costing me alot, i got confirmation from the executive that same has been changed so i disconnected the call post confirmation.
However on 2nd July 2021 when my bill got generated i have received the bill as per my old plan of 149 instead of new plan. I am calling vodafone since 05th July 2021 however no positive response received from them. I am chasing to senior/executive and they always promise to give a resolution and a call back however it doesn’t happen. As confirmed earlier i have asked to change my plan to 499 so i did payment of 499 accordingly and same was communicated to all the executive everytime i call. Now a recorded thing is coming on my every call your services are still active to continue with the same kindly pay your complete bill.
I just wanted to know why would i pay if vodafone’s executive has not updated the same on their records.
Today i have called twice every time i am receiving same kind of response from senior and executive. Want to raise a compliant against them.
I have already asked all executive to whom i have connected to listen to the recording for 05th June 2021.
