Text of Complaint by Meenakshi Sharma:

I have lost my number in the month of September and then I went to Vodafone store in the month of November to get the duplicate sim of the same number. I have asked them for duplicate sim and port it to Delhi/NCR. They said once it will be activated within 2 days and number is ported to Delhi/NCR.

 

I got a call from Vodafone few days ago in feb as I have provided the alternate number to them and also getting emails from their end regarding bill. I have explained the whole scenario many times to them and they are not bothering to listen to me and now I am getting threatening calls from Vodafone  as I am not willing to pay the same amount of bill as I didn’t use it.

 

I am supposed to pay Rs672 but they have sent 4 thousand 7 hundred something of billing amount. I got email from Vodafone and I have replied on that and then I got text on my whatsapp and she was threatening me over there. I tried alot to explain the scenario to her but she didn’t want to listen to me. She told me I have used services on my number and I also got the bill for that but I didn’t subscribe anything on my end.

I am also working in Technical support and according to me It’s our responsibility to resolve the customer issues and make them happy.

There is a misguidance from your end and I am looking forward the resolution for this as I didn’t use any other service on my number as she told me. Please help me with the resolution for this.
