Text of Complaint by Purnima Batra:

i want to remove my extra charges that is imposed on my phone due to plan change..but they completely denied me and asked that it should have to be paid by you..and the problem is my plan is again and again automatically changing without my permission..i only once changed my plan by mistake and aftr chnging it ,I instantly report my problem to customer care that on one tap my plan has been changed mistakenly so plz kindly sent me back to my previous plan..they guided me that “ma’am their would be no extra charges for it ,don’t worry” Now my bill amount of one month has raised to 3581 rs.
