Hi,

I am really disappointed with Vodafone service for the phone number 7406147858.

As per the below conversation I have paid the bill amount of Rs.500 as Vodafone analyst promised.

Vodafone analyst has promised me that if I pay the bill amount of Rs.500 they will waive off remaining amount, since I have not used my number or Vodafone service in the month of April 2020 due to network issue hence the analyst (Analyst name:  Asma, Taj) replied that they will waive off the April outstanding amount still I have not seen any improvement.

Currently my number is blocked and I requested to activate but still nobody responding.

Now I feel like it’s a worst network and nobody responding properly about this issue.

I request you to look after this issue ASAP.

I hope you guys will understand if we don’t have proper service at this situation (covid19).

Please activate my number and waive off the remaining outstanding bill as per Vodafone customer service analyst promised.

If not I will port my number to JIO and I will post this issue in all social websites that you guys are giving false promises and also I will escalate this issue to higher level.
