I changed SIM for my 4G hotspot in first week of March 2020 after visiting your centre in Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore.
Old SIM – 7338462710
New SIM – 6364835505
However, I am surprised to receive your bill (Bill No. BM21291000152870 dated 03-Apr-2020) for Rs.588.82 for the period 02-Mar-2020 to 01-Apr-2020.
My new SIM card (6364835505) is in the family plan of connection 9901452369 and the bill for 6364835505 has already been paid on 08-Apr-2020.
Request you to cancel the bill raised for the connection 7338462710 since it is no longer in use.
