Well I have purchased a Lacoste sunglass and it has arrived in 4 days time with poor packaging. When I opened the box the sunglass has damage spots on its left side and it has lot of scratches. When I have requested for a return, someone has whatsapped me saying that they will not replace it as the damage might have happened from my end. I was surprised with the fact that i have informed them regarding the poor quality but they clearly denied to take it back or replace. They asked me for a video which I have sent but again they replied saying it’s my fault that i have received a damaged product. I suggest everyone to stay away from this frauds. Never buy anything and waste your money. I hope this review will save others from getting cheated by this website. I felt helpless, please dont be a victim of this website and please suggest others as well.
