Text of Complaint by RAVI ANAND:

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card (92269494303761) which have around Rs.8,000/- balance). I visited their outlets for couple of time for shopping. But store were closed. I contacted to customer care they told me that we will shortly open our store. They gave me assurance that your money is safe with us don’t worry. Right now I tried to contact them through mail (care@futurepay.co.in), phone (1800-210-1818) but everything are inactive.

You haven’t given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.

So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud and we had faith in this company but misused our faith . Government should have very strict rule to clear all dues for big big cheater company.
