Text of Complaint by ANJAN KUMAR BISWAS:

I HAVE A PROFIT CLUB CARD WHICH I PURCHASED FROM BIG BAZAAR AND IT HAS A BALAMCE OF OVER RS10,000. NOW BIG BAZZAR IS CLOSED SO HOW DO I USE THAT BALANCE. I SENT EMAILS TO BIG BAZAAR BUT THE EMAIL WAS NOT DELIVERED. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ALSO DOES NOT WORK
