Hello sir,
I’ve got loan from bharatpe application. I’ve settled amount 50,000/- amount till now. On October 31st, I’ve paid 1997/- via phonepe UPI. But the paid amount of 1997/- has still not settled. I’ve called bharatpe customer care many times but they neglecting the complaint. Then, someone told me that amount has been settled and is not updated and told me to not pay amount that day…. So I didn’t pay amount for three days ie 2007/-. They’ve deducted amount from bank account… So, I’ve decided to not pay any amount until I get my money… Everyday they’re calling me and torturing for money… I’ve explained about the problem when they called but they’re not ready to give money… This happens many times to me. Please tell me what should I do in this situation.
