I have recharged my prepaid number (9886552125) with 145 plan (TT145 +1GB data. call rate:30p/min validity 42 days) on 03.03.2019 . Same message appeared on my mobile and when the recharge was successful.
But all calls made after that recharge are getting charged @ 1.30per minute.
When i contacted consumer care.. they gave some other benefits of same plan(file attached). Recharge message says some thing and consumer care says somethings… why do we get cheated like this on the tariff plans ?
